Mind Body YOU embraces a holistic style of education.  We take a comprehensive approach to teaching where we address the whole person as it relates to health and wellness.  Our mission is to make learning so interesting that you can't wait to share your newfound knowledge with others.  

Continuing Education 

Health educators, yoga practitioners and other wellness professionals can earn approved continuing education credit through recorded audiovisual courses with tests to earn certificates of completion.  Not a wellness professional, but you want to educate yourself?  You can also purchase courses!

Herbanopathy Products

Herbanopathy is the creation of two loves - herbal medicine and naturopathy.  We provide handmade, organic herbal products via lotions, liquids, tinctures and Celestial soaks for a variety of health concerns utilizing organic, therapeutic grade materials.  

Mind Body YOU Workshops​ 

Individuals can choose Mind Body YOU in-person or online specialty classes and/or workshops to learn or enhance their integrative wellness skills enabling them to live with more knowledge and resilience. Not a wellness professional, but you would like to attend a class or workshop?  Please do!

Providing one-on-one guidance and health coaching to individuals desiring a functional approach to being well and thriving.
 Also, providing expert advice and application assistance to organizations requesting to become continuing education providers. ​

Mind Body YOU believes in giving back!  50% of the funds collected at designated yoga classes goes into the Spandala giving bank.  Other classes and workshops give as well.
