In this course, health educators will discover that everything is connected. They will discover the components of a finely tuned endocrine system. They’ll learn about the function of cortisol and the stress response, the gut microbiome, the symphony of hunger hormones that assist in metabolism, thyroid hormone regulation and the impact that lifestyle choices have on insulin resistance.
