Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class is for you! During this one hour offering, we'll move through energizing poses that link breath to movement. Standing, balancing and seated poses will be combined to build strength and flexibility while providing a well-rounded experience from beginning to end.
- Bring a mat and dress in clothes that are easy to move in
