This two-hour self-study is being offered to health and wellness professionals who want to deepen their knowledge on the intricate connections between lifestyle and energy.
What is energy exhaustion? It can be described as low energy, fatigue, weariness and even exhaustion. While many know that they need more sleep and to slow down in life, there are many facets of fatigue. These include physical tiredness, mental concentration and emotional, which may include motivation. In this course, discover possible causes which include sugar imbalances, glandular, environmental, nutrition, sleep, movement, pH imbalances, circulation, breathing, drug side effects and more. Learn ways to investigate the root cause of low energy and discover methods to implement that can turn exhaustion into focus and keeping consistent energy levels throughout the day!
This activity has been approved by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC) for a total of 2 entry-level Category 1 CECH.
