Interpreting Lab Results
This three-hour self-study is being offered to health and wellness professionals who want to deepen their knowledge lab testing results as it relates to optimal health versus the "normal" reference range that is based on the average person.
With ~50% of the U.S. population being diagnosed with one chronic disease, wouldn't it be great to know what an optimal range for blood work might be versus a range that's based upon the average person in the U.S.? While a health educator doesn't make a diagnosis or read lab results for a living (unless it's in their scope), many clients bring their lab work in for consults. They want to feel good and have more energy, yet they are exhausted and frustrated. Their blood work shows nothing or perhaps something slightly out of range. Wouldn't it be great to connect the dots and help your client? It could be that there is a deficiency that has been overlooked and all they have to do is tweak this or that. Maybe they need to meet with a nutritionist, and you can refer them. We all want our clients to live their best lives. In this course, you’ll learn how to decipher lab results from a functional approach. This can help your client prevent and even reverse chronic disease and dramatically improve their quality of life.
